About Navgic
Our mission
Navgic is the all-in-one campus navigation app. Whether you're a first-year student finding your way to class or a visitor exploring a sprawling university, Navgic puts interactive maps, walking directions, live transit tracking, and micromobility locations on supported campuses in your pocket — door to door, free, no account required.
Supported universities
Navgic currently supports Rutgers University, New York University (NYU), Stony Brook University, Binghamton University, Kent State University (PARTA), and the University of Georgia (UGA). Each campus has its own tailored map data, building directory, and transit feeds. Rutgers campuses that partner with Veo show live Veo vehicle locations. We're actively working to expand to more campuses.

How we build Navgic
Navgic is built with React Native and Expo for iOS and Android, backed by a shared codebase that makes it easy to add new campuses. Our maps use official campus geospatial data, transit tracking connects to real-time data feeds where available, and micromobility locations (Veo) appear on supported campuses. We prioritize privacy — Navgic does not require an account, and we collect only the minimal analytics needed to improve the app.
Veo ride & micromobility on supported campuses
Where your campus partners with Veo, Navgic shows live vehicle locations alongside buses, stops, and buildings — so you can spot the closest scooter or bike without opening a separate app.
-
See what's nearby
Live markers for Veo ride and micromobility vehicles appear on the campus map when your school is supported.
-
Plan the full trip
Combine walking directions, shuttle tracking, and nearby Veo vehicles to close first-mile and last-mile gaps between classes.
-
Ride with Veo when you're ready
Navgic shows locations only. Unlock, pay, and ride through the official Veo app — Navgic helps you find the nearest available vehicle.
Currently supported: Rutgers University (New Brunswick) and Rutgers University (Newark)
Veo is an independent micromobility provider. Rentals, pricing, and ride rules are managed by Veo, not Navgic.
