Campus Ambassador Volunteer Agreement
Please read this Volunteer Agreement & Release carefully before applying to the Navgic Campus Ambassador program.
NAVGIC CAMPUS AMBASSADOR VOLUNTEER AGREEMENT & RELEASE
1. Voluntary Status
I acknowledge that my participation as a Navgic Campus Ambassador is completely voluntary. I am not an employee, agent, or independent contractor of Navgic LLC and have no expectation of wages, financial compensation, or company equity.
2. Waiver of Liability
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Navgic LLC and its managers from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of personal injury, illness, or property loss sustained during promotional or volunteer activities.
3. Assumption of Risk
I understand that promotional activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to travel, interaction with the public, and environmental conditions. I voluntarily assume all risks of personal injury or property damage associated with these activities.
4. Media/Photography Release
I grant Navgic LLC the perpetual, irrevocable right to photograph, film, and record me during my volunteer activities and to use such media in any marketing materials, social media, or advertising without compensation.
5. Intellectual Property
Any marketing concepts, slogans, feedback, or graphic assets created or suggested by me related to Navgic LLC shall become the sole and exclusive property of Navgic LLC.
6. Conduct & Standards
I agree to abide by all university policies and local laws while conducting marketing activities and shall not commit Navgic LLC to any legal or financial obligations.
7. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Navgic LLC from any claims, damages, or costs (including legal fees) resulting from my negligence or intentional misconduct during my volunteer activities.
8. Termination
Either party may end this voluntary ambassador relationship at any time, for any reason, with immediate effect upon notice.
Certification
By checking the agreement box and entering my name on the Campus Ambassadors application form, I certify that I am at least 18 years of age, I have read and understood the entire agreement above, and I voluntarily agree to all its terms.
