Getting Started with Navgic: Step-by-Step Guide

Navgic helps you navigate supported university campuses with maps, transit tools, place search, and—on supported campuses—live Veo ride and micromobility locations. You can use it in the browser at live.navgic.com or install the free app for iOS and Android.
This guide walks through the live web tracker on phone so you know what to expect before your first day on campus.
Step 1: Open the Map tab
After Navgic loads your campus, the Map tab shows buildings, stops, and live shuttle markers.

Pick your school when prompted (Rutgers, NYU, Stony Brook, Binghamton, Kent State, or UGA). Navgic remembers your choice for next time.
Step 2: Browse the Explore tab
Explore surfaces events, dining, businesses, and facilities around campus. Use category chips to filter results.

Step 3: Orient on the campus map
Pan and zoom the map to find buildings and stops near you. Open live.navgic.com on your phone for the same view.

Step 4: Watch live buses on the map
Where real-time data is available, chevron markers show shuttle positions. Tap a stop for arrivals and route details. On micromobility-supported campuses, live Veo vehicle markers also appear on the map (currently Rutgers).
